Shipping Policy

At Runoraa, we are committed to delivering your orders with care, transparency, and reliability. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, timelines, responsibilities, and important conditions to ensure clarity and prevent misuse.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods such as sales, festivals, or unforeseen operational constraints,

processing times may be extended. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery timelines across India are 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier partner reach, local restrictions, or force majeure events.

Remote, rural, or non-serviceable pin codes may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1599.

Orders below ₹1599 may attract a nominal delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.Any additional charges due to incorrect address details or re-attempted deliveries will be borne by the customer.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD service availability is subject to location and courier partner approval.

Runoraa reserves the right to disable COD for customers with a history of order refusals, non-acceptance, or repeated returns.

COD orders that are refused or unaccepted may result in future restrictions on COD services.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including pincode, landmark, and contact number.

Runoraa will not be liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Courier partners usually make up to two delivery attempts. Failure to accept delivery may lead to the order being returned to origin (RTO).

6. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared via email and/or SMS once the order is dispatched.

Customers are encouraged to track their shipments proactively.

Runoraa is not responsible for delays caused due to the customer’s failure to respond to courier communications.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

In rare cases such as weather disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, regulatory restrictions, or courier operational issues, deliveries may be delayed.

Such delays are beyond Runoraa’s control and do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Shipments

Any visible damage or tampering must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos/videos.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

Runoraa’s liability is limited to the value of the product and subject to courier partner investigation.

9. Partial Deliveries

In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

Partial delivery does not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund of the remaining items.

10. Returns to Origin (RTO)

Orders may be returned to origin under the following circumstances:

Customer refusal to accept delivery

Incorrect or unreachable contact details

Repeated failed delivery attempts

Non-availability of recipient

In such cases:

Shipping and return charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Re-shipping will incur additional charges.

11. Change or Cancellation of Shipping Details

Requests for address changes or order cancellation must be made before dispatch.

Once shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.

12. Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Any attempt to misuse shipping benefits, falsely claim non-delivery, or repeatedly refuse COD orders will be treated as policy abuse.

Runoraa reserves the right to suspend accounts or restrict services without prior notice.
